Scope the system
We align on the audience, assortment, quantities, channels, budget, launch date, and what success needs to look like.
Brief + working planOne connected run of show / 01
Production is only one part of the job. We connect the goods, the store, the launch, and the fulfillment system so nothing important gets lost between vendors.

The workflow / 02
The path changes by project, but the checkpoints stay visible. You know what is being decided, what is approved, and what moves next.
We align on the audience, assortment, quantities, channels, budget, launch date, and what success needs to look like.
Brief + working planWe select products, blanks, decoration methods, packaging, size curves, and margins that make sense for the brand and business.
Product + margin planBring production-ready art or add a design package. We can refine existing files, build a capsule, or create the launch system.
Approved production filesWe confirm decoration, placements, specs, landed costs, and the final production schedule before anything moves at scale.
Approval + purchase orderProduction and quality control run alongside store setup, product data, photography needs, merchandising, and launch readiness.
Goods + selling systemInventory is received, orders move, customers get updates, and reporting gives us the signal for replenishment and the next drop.
Orders out + data backPlanning tool / 03
For bulk apparel orders of 100 or more, this is a strong starting curve. We tune it using your audience, garment fit, sales history, and the product itself.
Starting point only. Size availability and the right mix vary by brand, fit, audience, and program.
Choose your starting point / 04
We can own one focused phase or operate as the connective tissue across the whole business.
You have approved art and a clear product need. We handle sourcing, decoration, production, quality control, freight, and delivery.
We develop the goods and build the system that sells them: catalog, Shopify, merchandising, launch operations, and reporting.
Creative direction, design, product, production, ecommerce, and fulfillment connected under one accountable team.
Typical working windows / 05
These ranges are planning estimates, not automatic promises. Final timing begins after scope, payment, artwork, inventory, and approvals are confirmed.
The connected advantage / 06
Most partners stop when the boxes arrive. We can keep going, connecting physical inventory to the digital experience and the operational work that gets every order out.
Shopify setup, product data, collections, navigation, launch mechanics, and conversion-ready product pages.
Assortment architecture, margin planning, inventory visibility, calendars, promotions, and replenishment signals.
Production milestones, catalog readiness, campaign handoffs, testing, reporting, and one coordinated launch date.
Receiving, storage, pick and pack, shipping, kitting, inventory reporting, and clearly scoped support.

Clear expectations make better goods. Here are the answers clients usually need before the first purchase order or store build.
Ask something else↗Use the project form on our website and tell us what you are making, when you need it, the approximate quantity, and whether you need design, ecommerce, or fulfillment support. We will review the brief and come back with the clearest next step.
The most useful details are product type, quantity, garment or quality preference, decoration locations, number of colors, target budget, delivery locations, and desired in-hand date. If some of that is unknown, we can help shape it.
Yes, but minimums vary by product, decoration method, and supplier. Some decorated apparel programs can start with smaller runs, while custom manufacturing, specialty goods, and packaging require higher quantities. We confirm the exact minimum before quoting.
Yes. Design is optional and quoted separately. Choose from production-ready file assistance, a focused merchandise capsule, or a complete launch system with creative direction and ecommerce assets.
Absolutely. If your files are ready, we can begin with product selection, quoting, sampling, and production. We will flag anything that needs adjustment before it reaches the floor.
Attach files through the project form or email them to start@tmrwdept.com. Vector PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG files are preferred. High-resolution layered artwork can also work. We will review everything before production.
Customer-supplied garments are considered case by case and require approval before delivery. We generally recommend sourcing through our approved vendors so availability, replacements, decoration compatibility, and quality control stay predictable.
Programs may include screen printing, embroidery, appliqué, transfers, specialty inks, patches, woven labels, neck labels, and other finishing techniques. We recommend the method based on the artwork, product, quantity, budget, and desired feel.
Yes, when the product, budget, and timeline support it. Embroidery with appliqué, multiple print locations, custom labels, patches, and other mixed treatments can create a more considered product.
Yes. Depending on the project, we can arrange blank samples, decoration samples, pre-production samples, or size runs. Sample costs, freight, and timing are confirmed before ordering.
Decorated and manufactured goods can have a small production variance due to quality control, spoilage, or supplier counts. The applicable tolerance and how final quantities are handled will be documented with your quote before approval.
Yes. We can build a launch store, improve an existing Shopify experience, organize product data, create collections, merchandise the catalog, configure launch mechanics, and establish reporting. Other platforms can be reviewed during scoping.
Yes. Ongoing support can include merchandising, product launches, promotions, lifecycle coordination, inventory visibility, reporting, and an operating calendar. The exact responsibilities are defined in the engagement.
Yes, for qualified programs. Services can include receiving, storage, pick and pack, shipping, inventory reporting, kitting, and launch support. Returns and customer-service responsibilities are scoped separately so ownership is clear.
That is the point of the model. We can route approved production into receiving and inventory, coordinate product setup in the store, and prepare the launch so the physical goods and digital catalog are ready together.
The client owns paid inventory. Storage, handling, shipping, insurance, aging inventory, and disposition terms are defined in the proposal or fulfillment agreement for the program.
A print-ready apparel order may take roughly 2–4 weeks, while design-led programs often take 4–6 weeks. Fully custom products can take 8–12 weeks or more. Ecommerce and fulfillment timelines depend on catalog size, integrations, and inventory readiness. We confirm the working schedule after scope and supplier availability are known.
We build the plan around your target date and identify risks early. Final delivery can still be affected by artwork approvals, inventory availability, production changes, carriers, weather, and customs. Rush production or upgraded freight needed to protect a date is quoted separately.
Yes. Reorders are usually faster because the product and files are established, but pricing and availability are refreshed using the new quantity and current supplier costs.
Design, sampling, and production require approval and an initial payment before work begins. Final balances, shipping, storage, and ongoing service fees are handled according to the terms in your proposal.
Work already completed and committed costs are billable. Approved samples, purchased materials, vendor commitments, production already in motion, and completed creative work cannot be treated as unused. Cancellation terms are included in the proposal before kickoff.
Yes, by appointment. Email start@tmrwdept.com or call (615) 767-0260 and we will coordinate the right time and people for your visit.
